1. What we collect
We collect (a) account information you provide when you sign up — name and email; (b) the business information you enter into the assessment intake (financials, operations, exit readiness, and a website URL if you choose); and (c) basic technical data — IP address, user-agent, referring URL — that any website automatically receives.
2. How we use it
We use your data only to (a) generate your valuation and sellability report, (b) operate and secure your account, (c) email you operational updates about your reports, and (d) improve the quality of our valuation models in aggregate, anonymized form. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with brokers, lenders, or buyers without your explicit written consent.
3. Where it lives
Your data is stored on Supabase / AWS infrastructure in the United States with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is gated by row-level security so that only your account can read your records.
4. Marketing
If you request the sample report or join the newsletter we'll email you occasional product updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe and we honor opt-outs immediately.
5. Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@exitready.ai and we'll respond within 5 business days. Customers in the EU/UK have additional rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA — both are honored.
